1. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within [1–2 business days] of being placed.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• You will receive a confirmation call/message once your order is booked with our courier partner.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all major cities and most areas across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and beyond, via our courier partner(s).

3. Delivery Time

• Major cities: [2–4 business days]
• Other cities/remote areas: [4–7 business days]

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

• We offer free shipping on every order, nationwide across Pakistan — no minimum order value or quantity required. Your Rs. 0 shipping charge will be shown and confirmed at checkout.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. 
• Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp/email so you can track your delivery status with our courier partner.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partner will attempt delivery [2–3 times].
• If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the order may be returned to us, and additional charges may apply for re-shipping.

8. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Shenora is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

9. Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will follow up with our courier partner on your behalf.
